JD&C was shaped by a lifelong connection to construction and a belief that meaningful results are earned through commitment.
Founder Daniel Justiniano grew up around the industry, watching his father build and operate a construction company for more than two decades. That foundation was reinforced through competitive athletics, an engineering education, and professional experience working in the industry before earning his Florida Building Contractor license and establishing JD&C.
Those experiences shaped the principles behind the company: work hard, prepare well, honor your commitments, take ownership, and never stop improving.
JD&C began as a personal ambition, but its purpose is larger—to build lasting value, create opportunities for others, strengthen relationships, and develop a company capable of making a positive impact for generations to come.
